Shipping & Returns

We ship within the Netherlands and across the EU. Delivery estimates appear at checkout. Duties may apply outside the EU.

Prices are shown including Spanish VAT (IVA 21%). Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID may be eligible for reverse charge — contact us before ordering.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Email us with your order number to start a return.
